Okay. Give me your interpretation of this situation. A guy walks into a clothing shop. He's only looking, probably has no real intention of buying anything unless it's really cheap, you know, a real bargain. The store is fairly empty of other shoppers, one or two of them perusing the wares on display. There are two female sales assistants. One of them is behind the counter, the other busily restocking a nearby rack. Now, the guy, remember him? Well, he mills around a bit, and in doing so passes the counter. The girl behind it gifts him a smile. The guy returns the gesture and walks on, his back now to the counter. The girl continues to follow him with her gaze. The guy knows this because he can feel her eyes on the back of his head, like delicate fingers running through his hair. Sure enough, as the guy rounds the edge of the shop and catches the girl in the edge of his view, she hands him another smile, before offering an unheard comment to her coworker. Now the coworker throws a quick look at the guy too. At that moment, someone approaches the counter to make a purchase and the attention of the two sales assistants in redirected. The guys leaves the store.
So, should the guy have waited around until the other shopper had made their purchase? Or was the sales assistant behind the counter just being generally friendly? S.H.

I reckon, you should have tried something from the shop and asked them for their assistance! Green light!! But don't worry, there'll be many other opportunities like that. Depends though, did the girl seem appealing? You COULD go back to that shop. That could be another idea. If you're a bit unsure, then grab a mate along as well:P
And yeah, that was the exact song I was listening to. I was listening to S.O.A.D songs. Ahhh Link:)
Until then.

Trust me. From my perceptions of you,[:D] you're no beggar.
Until next time.

As my favourite saying goes, 'Que sera sera'.
Until then.

well. The guy probably should have pretended to be interested in something in the shop (depending on what the shop contained, of course) and ask for some assistance with it! The guy could then have seen the reaction of the sales assistant when engaged with the guy!!
but, as Intrigued.shesays put it, the guy couls grab a frien and pop back into the shop, avoiding all awkwardness because it is not the guy by himself again!
Well, That's my thoughts on it anyway! :)
<3 A Wonderland of Thought
How peculiar indeed. Well, it IS a popular classic. Great minds think alike I presume? Though, that is the motto I've learnt to live with.
Yes, my Lit teacher is crazy. Nothing else to say about that.
You know what? I just had dinner and I'm craving cake right now. Damn you :P
Until next time.

Tell you what. IF we ever do cross paths in some magical way, I'll bake you a cake large enough to put you off cakes for a while. I'm actually craving for a light fluffy melt-in-your-mouth spongecake. But lamingtons are always a thumbs up in my book.
Until then.

So you should![Faint that is. Craves are extremely hard to exterminate you know!] We may have something in common there. I could eat family feasts on my own and gain a couple of kilos, but would lose it all the next day.
So weird. People think I don't eat enough, which annoys me. That or when they serve me, they only give me a small portion, just because I'm skinny...then I end up starving:(
I'm always hungry. Maybe that's what got me so obsessed with food.
Hmm, if I were to make you a cake I'll make it an extremely rich and goey mud cake. I'll take on your challenge. I'm sure I could throw together something extremely sweetening and rich that it would relieve your cravings immensely.
Until next time.

Would the above link satisfy? I've been drooling over it a bit recently.
Until then.

Generally friendly. Hard to say, of course, but that's my guess.
